1 ripe banana

1 cup blueberries/strawberries (Frozen)

1 peeled and seeded orange

A couple handfuls of your favorite greens

1 T raw flax/sesame/sunflower/pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon of Chaga Mushroom

1 ½ cup Water

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

 

Tahitian Freeze

1 ripe banana

1 cup fresh/canned pineapple

1 peeled and seeded orange

A couple handfuls of your favorite greens

1 T raw flax/sesame/sunflower/pumpkin seeds

1 ½ cup water

4 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

 

Carob Dream

This recipe pretty much requires a good blender. But you can soak the dates overnight and try it.

1/4 cup raw pecans

4-8 dates (Depends on how sweet you want it)

dash of vanilla

1 tablespoon carob/chocolate

1 teaspoon of Chaga Mushroom

1 cup water

16 or so ice cubes

First, blend the cashews, dates, vanilla, carob/chocolate, and water first. Then, add the ice and blend together until smooth.

 

Chocolate No-Milk Shake

This recipe is easier to make with a low-grade blender than Carob Dream.

2 heaping tablespoons of coconut milk powder

1 tablespoon of raw cacao syrup

1/2 packet of stevia

dash of vanilla

1 cup of filtered water

1 large frozen banana

10 medium ice cubes

Blend together until smooth. Use more coconut milk powder for a creamier consistency.
