It is a personal goal of mine to have every family's bookself contain books and DVD's that promote a healthier way of living. Now, having these resources doesn't mean that your diet will change automatically with no effort on your part. But if we place purpose in our hearts to actually read and watch these resources and to educate ourselves about healthy lifestyles changes, then we can reprogram our brains. Hopefully, our habits will change correspondently.
